Refunds and Returns
At Sol Diamonds Inc., each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted with the utmost care to mark life's most meaningful moments. We encourage our clients to make their selections with confidence, and our team is always available to guide you through the process.
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and made-to-order craftsmanship, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is determined to have a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
Online and In Store Purchases – Exchanges Only
Items purchased online and in store are eligible for exchange only within three (3) days.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery for online purchases.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase for in-store purchases.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- All approved exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or specially commissioned jewelry
- Loose natural diamonds
- Natural diamond jewelry
- Loose lab-grown diamonds
- Lab-grown diamond jewelry
- Colored loose gemstones and jewelry
- Watches
- Engraved or personalized jewelry
Additional Terms
- All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Sol Diamonds Inc.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for return shipping.
- Sol Diamonds Inc. reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
